The results are based on the question: “In %, what was the average profit margin of your coworking space (after taxes) within the past twelve months?” “Please provide an estimate. Example: A 5% profit margin means the company has a profit of $0.05 for each dollar of total revenue earned. If your coworking space is younger than twelve months, please only consider the time since the opening.”
Excluding coworking spaces which did not generate a profit within the past twelve months.
