What do the paid reports include?
All paid reports include an in-depth analysis of the topics described. Results are compared by a wide range of categories to include different perspectives on topics. For this, please refer to the additional information in each report.
You won’t find anything similar to these reports anywhere else on the internet. If you do, they’re often also based on the Global Coworking Survey. The statistical reports include the pure results reflecting the reality of coworking spaces through a wide range of charts.
What is the source of the reports?
The reports are based on the results of the Global Coworking Survey. It is the biggest and longest-running survey that has covered the coworking movement since 2010. The latest survey was conducted in 2023, called the 2023 Global Coworking Survey.
What is the difference between the paid and the free reports?
Many general results are published in free articles and free slides.
The paid reports include a much more comprehensive analysis with detailed group comparisons.
Does the main color of each report have any meaning?
Yes. The green reports focus on the coworking spaces themselves and are mainly responded to by operators and staff members of coworking spaces. The red reports focus on coworking space members and are mainly responded to by members. The yellow bundles contain reports that cover both perspectives.
Are there discounts for students?
Yes. Students receive a discount when sending a copy of their student ID from their student email account.
Do I get a discount when I buy more than one report?
Yes. You can reduce the price for each report by compiling your own bundle of reports. All reports are unique, meaning the content usually doesn’t overlap. There’s one exception: half of the “Profitability of Coworking Spaces” report can also be found in the “Ultimate Coworking Space Data Report”.

What happens with the financial information when purchasing reports?
We use third parties for any transactions. We don’t receive any information such as your credit card or account number. The only data we collect is the information necessary to write you an invoice: The name and price of the purchased report, your name and address, and your company name and tax ID (if provided).
